Hi Fred, wow, cyanotype needing thicker negatives than palladium is definitely a novelty to me. My usual cyanotype exposure scale is log 1.6 - 2.2 (depending on formulation, paper and environment) and pd needs log 2.4 - 2.9 (again depending on formulation, paper and environment - but that's for pop pd, not develop out pd...) Do you use any type of contrast agent for your pd prints?
Anyway, steering back to the original topic: I'd like to have one of those 8x10" cameras, but 8x10" film can't be found here in Istanbul, and even if I could find it, it would be prohibitively expensive. I'm happy with my Zero 4x5, best compromise between practicality and quality...
Regards,
Loris.
