I am not yawning, but I would like to have the second shoe drop and find out what the new product or product change is. Yes, I am tired of waiting.
It's worth keeping in mind that the Phoenix symbol suggests (no ambiguity as far as I'm concerned) that this is a "resurrection" of something Harmon/Ilford once offered.
By the way, it is Harman, not Harmon.
This (Harman):

And definitely not this (Harmon):

. I totally get the idea that it's Cibachrome or colour film, if we assume it's a phoenix. But I do doubt they're in any position to achieve those.
Noted. Auto-correct at play.By the way, it is Harman, not Harmon
Cibachrome wasn't that complex to manufacture
Wasn't Cibachrome a technology of Ilford Marly and therefore now the recipe is with Adox?
I think I once read Cibachrome wasn't that complex to manufacture.

probably color film
Who would not jump on the insane prices
I thought of something improbable but logical: Harman's current product offerings include cameras, black and white film, photographic paper (both normal type and direct-positive), chemistry, a portable darkroom, trays, tongs, safelights, etc, etc. But one item that you won't find is an enlarger, specifically, a compact unit suitable for use in a pop-up darkroom. AFAIK, the last known sighting of that particular bird was in the late 1940s.
So it's either sensitised materials, or chemicals?
I'm wondering if they're actually going to drop the Ilford name?
Why do I keep yawning?
