Ilford is sending me a dollar for every thread about this that's started today. Hence, the double digits.

Maybe Ilford needs a lesson in supply and demand. (Kodak long ago lost that lesson.) - David Lyga

Only if the killer wears IR night vision goggles so he/she can find me in the darkness of my darkroom.I'm cutting the power right now so the lights won't work. Not even the safe lights.
Safe lights are not safe?!? I am seeing red! I am seeing amber!
I guess I would like to see a link in English if there is one.
Price increases are a fact of life in everything, more so in a shrinking niche market. Gasoline is down more than enough to cover the Ilford increases.I'm glad to hear it doesn't include sheet film so my planned move to HP5+ for 4x5 can continue. Otherwise (other than not copying Kodak's absurd sheet film pricing) I'm not worried. I like Ilford. I'll pay what it costs within reason and, while steep, this potential increase still qualifies.
As we saw in the other thread, an Ilford rep has appeared and indicated that there is NO planned price increase. None, at this time.
A big difference from a 50% increase!
