Hama mini light talbe and loupe?

Anyone know where to find one of these? It would be perfect for my desk. The french (translation) says it is made by Hama. I can't make out the name or model number from the photo.

Cenei is wellknown here, but this model I have never seen before. It would also fit some design collection...
