Any APUGers currently in the the west/central Florida area? I just moved to Tampa! Wondering if there are any other analog photographers out there?

I've seen posts from at least one other in this area.
 
Thanks for responding! I am hoping to get an APUG meetup going. I have see some posts in the past of members trying to meet up but nothing recent.
 
I've been known to load a roll from time to time

So, anything organized going on? I even dig disorganized. I reckon I recognize JimO. Perhaps we should all meet up sometime at FMoPA.

Been off of here for a while, so I've missed this post originally. I live in east side of Bradenton. I shoot 4x5, 5x7 and 8x10. Would love to get together with other ape hugers.
 
Has there been any successful meet-ups around here? Be kind of nice to hang out and maybe learn something new from some of the more experienced photogs in the area at some point.

sorry guys been gone for a year and never used the forum. Live in fort Myers.
 
I'm in Cape Coral. I shoot 35mm and 6x7 medium format mostly. I develop at home and have a make-shift darkroom to make B&W prints. I would love to meet up and talk cameras, film, developing, print making, or anything for that matter. I would love to get together a little cameras and coffee type thing at one of the local coffee spots.
 
In Naples, Florida. There are no film developers left here. Used to take my film for processing up to Creative Photo in Ft. Myers. Too long a drive with traffic - twice: once to drop off and once to pick up. Now I send out to The Darkroom or to Colonial Photo in Orlando.
 
i just learned i can "subscribe" (follow) to sub-forums and saw your message... i'm in tampa-st. pete area. there are others around the area, but i think, like me, they don't get notices of people posting because they don't follow this sub-forum. i'll pm my phone number, let's talk.

Hello everyone! I'm a film shooter in Sarasota. I shoot mostly 35mm black and white. I would love to get together for a coffee and cameras/beer and cameras meetup.
 
Looking at the dates it seems someone checks in every 2 or 3 years and indicates a desire to connect with others - that's what i did in 2019 with the same result that others have gotten.

Unless someone comes up with a better idea to avoid the deep dark abyss, is to pm, (or email?) each individual who has responded and see if we can kick start a group conversation. I will start doing so the 1st week of april.

I'm in Homosassa Florida and am active in both film and digital. I can dev film in a sink an scan, but have no printing ability.
