I make ground glass handmade. I make the finest quality possible. I don't use acids but only the finest compounds and about 3/4 hours of work.

I showed/taught a Spanish LF worker (off the LF Forum) to make his own screens while I was in Barcelona last month in less than half an hour in a hotel room en-suite bathroom

It's remarkably easy and also fast, I tend to make screens in batches now. My last batch of a dozen ranging from a Quarter plate, some 9x12's (cm), 5x4's and 10x8's cost me around £15/$25 in total.
