greetings from sunny san francisco

hello all. just signed up for this wonderful site. thought i would take a few and introduce myself.
im brad. i live in san francisco. i enjoy long walks across the city with a camera in hand. with that being the case i am mostly a street photographer. im a black and white kinda guy and take "quite" pictures. i tend not to point my camera at strangers because i like my teeth where they are. but very occasionally you just gotta. most of the photos i like are the ones i dont even remember taking. anyone else familiar with that situation? everyone here seems like a great bunch of folks who enjoy reading and hearing about others stories and experiences. i have been a long member of another unmentioned forum but it just seems like too many people like to "1-up" the next person. so we had to take a break from eachother. im hoping to build a stong, long lasting relationship here and maybe even settle down. kids are not for me though.

A warm welcome from the U.K Brad, my youngest son went to college at U.C Berkeley and knows San Francisco well he's told me what a lovely city it is.
The main thing about street photography is to use the smallest camera with the least number of sharp corners you can get in case one of your victims sticks it "where the Sun don't shine"
