Hi, i visit the forum in order to know how to process C-41 film at home, because minilabs in santiago are closing or are very expensive. So thanks to all that make this community great.

Also thanks to PE post in the site im close to do a C41 - ECN2 developer from raw chemicals so when i got images i will post it

I've recently (well, in the last year) started doing my own C-41 at home and it is quite simple, easier actually than b/w because all films regardless of manufacturer or film speed get the exact same processing time and temperature in the same chemistry.

I just ordered CD4 and CD3 from Fototechnik Suvatlar in germany because Sigma-Aldrich whats about 140 Usd for 100g of CD4

These days I am mainly with medium format using Ektar 100, Portra 160 and Fuji pro 400.
I have a PrimeFilmPro120 scanner.

Yep, the only chemical left for my soup is CD4 and CD3, currently in transit from germany to chile.

Thanks fdonadio, nothing happen to me or my family, no material damage, but i just read that 2 died in illapel and there is 1 person missing

In 2010 earthquake my home was severe damaged and was rebuild.

Feels good to hear that you and your family are doing well. I've read about the deaths in Illapel, but it seems to me that this time there was much less death than in the previous quake... At least, I hope so.
