Great Customer Service re. Blue Moon Camera and Reality So Subtle

I hope this type of post is okay to post on the forum…I’ve been a member for twenty years here and wanted to endorse a couple of businesses that I have had a great experience with recently…Reality So Subtle pinhole cameras and Blue Moon Camera (who is also a sponsor on Phototrio). I had an issue with a camera I bought and contacted BMC who contacted James Guerin, the designer and manufacturer of RSS pinhole cameras. They both went out of their way to quickly resolve the problem and were over the top on communicating on a daily basis. I can’t say enough on how quickly they both responded and went above and beyond what I thought might be a headache to resolve. They both are small businesses who I feel deserve our support or consideration when looking for products they offer…

Thank you. So many people go online to complain. I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to report on especially good experiences and I then try to patronize those businesses.

Blue Moon was one of the sponsors of the Diffusion "magazine" publication. It was published about once year and had an very eclectic view of photography. Diffusion had the tagline "Artfully Crafted Photography" and definitely lived up to it. Last I heard it was on a long hiatus. I hope it come back.
