Hi All,
I just got home with 2 unopened boxes of Agfa Portriga Rapid 118 7x9.5 Warmtone. One is marked 2 and is also marked "normal" the other one is marked 3 and "kräftig, Vigorous". Many photographers seems to really miss this paper so when I found the 2 boxes for $30 I just had to give it a try.
But there are some things I would need some help with:
I assume that the numbers 2 and 3 is the grades, is normal and "kräftig" also an indication of the grade or does is indicate something else?
What´s characteristic for this paper? What should I expect and what is it that has given this paper its good reputation?
Any recommended special treatment to get the warmtone?
