Here you go again. The device attached to the Lunasix F on the left is the 7.5 / 15 degree tele adapter whilst the Profi-Spot attached to the Profisix, (Luna Pro SBC) measures 1 / 5/ 10 degrees.
The Profi-Spot requires Gossen meters with the electrical contacts - Luna Pro SBC or Mastersix. These meters are up to 45 years old but if you get a working example they are very accurate. Just a bit of a handful.

I find this thread as I have been thinking of buying now a Profisix and the Profi-spot attachement.
the story is: I have a Vivitar 230LX and its LX 1° attachment. This one is optical only, no electrical connectors , just a contact to inform the meter that it is connected, so some factor is probably applied.
Anyway the meter itself has died, LCD display has most segment ghosted and my try at easy repair has failed, it would need de-soldering conctats, check electronics and more time than I have.
the point is that these Vivitar LX meters (130,160,230,260) seem to be a rarity. So I was thinking maybe buy a Profisix, there are still many selling around in Europe, and a Profi-spot attachment, but then the attachment is a rarity.... I found one untested and quite expensive.
So I was then pondering to buy instead a more recent device, with similar capabilities, and which will also cost cheaper than a Profisix + spot and even similar price than a Vivitar 260LX. It would be smaller also. But then I really like the optical quality of the Vivitar spot...
this is the Vivitar spot bloc only, compared to a FED-1:
with the exposure meter attached to it, compared to a Salyut ie. similar size a Hasselblad:
this is big, and also I feel like I am the only one on planet Earth with this combo.
I still have not decided, so maybe a Profisix + spot....
