hello, I bought Durst 1200 with Gossen Labosix digital S, but I don´t know how it works I only found out timer function.

I would like to use the complete potentials, but I found one manual only in German lang. Do you know any tip, where to download english manual, to buy it or where to find more info about it?

Scan the manual, use OCR and then crank that file trough an automated translator.
Otherwise just type the crucial passage and then let it go through the translator.

The most easy approach though is to just download the English manual from the Gossen site.

Over the years, I too have done a fair bit of working through and figuring out the Gossen resources over time.
But I must confess that the last time I was in college, the computer screens were small, green and just had text on them.

Thanks for you post.
Search engne translate with German Language unfortunately are very inefficient (IMHO)
My search with search engine not has shown Butkus Page, i don't Know . Thanks for the link, i hope been a good starting point.
There are various version of labosix and Butkus version is very old but i believe that basic function don't are many different. So i think that butkus version togheter Gossen versioni I can have an good overview.

However the manuals are scanned in a non-orderly fashion.


The Butkus site offers a lot of useful manuals, the same time he claims copyright for them all. If there even was a copyright on them in the first place, it would be him to violate that...

I think that his claim of copyright just reflects his desire that people don't copy his copies, and then turn around and sell them as their own.
And he doesn't actually sell them - he solicits donations. A fine distinction I know, but a not unimportant one.

Even if you do this, you end up with a German language manual.
Or at least I do.

How embarrassing of me blaming others for not following my links, but not really having checked them. Yes, under the English titles Gossen have filed German manuals, at least for the sampling I did.

So for now as English versions one has to rely on those accessible published by their US importer Berkey. Those are definitely different, seemingly written by Berkey.

I think this reflects a recent change. The site used to have English manuals, but doesn't appear to now.
