Hey Simon!
I think it's good that you entered this contest. It always takes courage to show one's work, even more so as you're enlarging the circle with this posting.
About the picture, I find it a bit divided in an upper and lower half with different subjects of equal appeal. It's not really apparent to me what you wanted to show, the billboards or the buildings.

Well I think if you right clicked on the shot and chose Properties, you might find you are on the right lines.
