A bigger question is can you get the chemistry, and in reality there's not enough film out there for two K14 lines.
One thing you have to give credit to Kodak for is a well handled withdrawal of Kodachrome from the market place, by gradual phasing out in various markets followed by closure of Kodak processing facilities, it's very noticeable that all the other independent labs close quite a while ago.
To be fair to Kodak they tried, first expanding the Kodachrome range and then also introducing 120 as well and tried very hard to greatly improve the turnaround problem, which was a huge issue outside the US.
