I had one many years ago before they got their cult fame. It was very sharp in the center, would make a great 6x9 lens but rather soft on the edges on 4x5 even stopped down to F22. This softness may have just been my sample as other people have raved about this lens. I used it for several years till I upgraded to a Caltar 75mm f/8 which has a different optical formula for better edge sharpness.

You will need to find out how it got put into that shutter and if they did a correct job of keeping factory spacing.

Have all 3 of the Dagor WA lenses. I rarely use the 3 5/8 and my recollection is that it barely covers 4x5. Mine is in an original Rapax shutter. I find the 4 3/8 & the 6.5" much more usable.
