Glass carrier for Beseler 23c... Anti-newtonian or not?

Any of you guys have experience with these carriers?

I didn't realize that the standard #8074 carrier isn't anti-newtonian glass until I was about to pull the trigger, and after looking at the price difference, I'm feeling a little gun shy.

Could I put anti-newtonian glass into the #8074 if I got a used one?
