Hi!

I have a very large Gitzo tripod head, I think it is a R4 (see picture). However I do miss one of the handles/knobs. Anyone know if a modern compatible handle exists? If so, which productnumber is it?

Regards,

my 1570M had the same handle missing, I had it turned on a lathe to 5/16" and use a ratcheting type handle now. Total cost was under $25. If you need a picture of what I did, let me know.

I ordered from Bogen in New Jersey several years ago. They sent me the wrong part & when contacted suggested I send the head to them so they could determine the correct handle. The parts for mine (R-3) were discontinued but they found a substitute that fit.
