Hi All,

We're migrating to a new server but it is hard to pin down the exact time it will happen. The down time should be minimal, 30-60mins max.

I'll update this post when I have more info.

We have some migration times. It should kick off:

Saturday, January 11, 2025, at 10:00 AM NZDT (converts to the following times):

• USA (Eastern Time): Friday, January 10, 2025, at 4:00 PM EST
• USA (Pacific Time): Friday, January 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM PST
• UK (London Time): Friday, January 10, 2025, at 9:00 PM GMT

What to expect after the migration:

Global DNS can take some time to update (usually 15-60mins or so). If a few hours has passed and your browser still loads the old site (the old site will be in a locked state with a migration message), you may need to hard refresh your browser or refresh any local DNS caching you have. If on the new server the site will look as it always has and be open for posting.

We might encounter some initial performance issues and will be tweaking as the server load increases and members return. This notice will be posted on the old server as well when it is locked before the move.
