More or less. I really like the others as well. I was about to put an order in for the 'got film?' military hat, but if I could get one of the other slogans, i'd hold off until then. The silver standard is great. That's my first vote.

For future consideration: Maybe some sort of logo with 35mm film with sprocket holes (so that it will stand out).

By the way: Nice job Jason, this is good to see.

I can't make up my mind between the large logo and the small logo, so I guess I will have to get two shirts.

Great ideas! I love the mugs and sweats!

I'm not really in huge lettering on the front of t-shirts - personally I prefer it on the back and small on the chest, or just a small logo on the chest with nothing on the back, like the golf shirts. Any possibility of either making an appearance at some stage?

Going to have to make my list out in the next few days - thanks a lot guys!!

I've got some chest logo ones up in the short sleeve area , working on the same in dark colors and long sleeves now.

Long sleeve tees in "tall" sizes would be nice.

Whoa, I am very impressed. I ordered on the 16th, chose standard shipping and got my order this morning (2 days).

For women only, I must report that the regular shirts run very big. I have to return my organic cotton short sleeve one. It's kind of baggy and not very flattering. But the "short sleeve jr. jersey t-shirt" from American Apparel fits perfectly, by which I mean form fitting but not tight. The shirts are all very nice quality.

I'd like the women's "Got Film" shirts in black, personally. If you're taking votes.

Real photographers understand Scheimpflug

Medium Format: Not just the film is bigger

Film: Archival since 1884

I think we could reasonably push that back to 1839... though granted, the dagurreotype wasn't "film"

I played with it for a while and could have picked a bunch of dates for photography-depicting reality-showing the world but since I wanted the film aspect to stand out, 1884 was the date.

I actually like your Film: the silver standard best but the Scheimpflug principle is pretty good as well.

Hey! I resemble that remark.

I know exactly how you feel, Eric... you drop your pants one time in a quiet wooded spot (or a crowded bar, but that is another story entirely... ) and they never let you forget it. :D

How about an APUG-branded Speedo, in XXL? Just don't put "35mm" on the front, thankyouverymuch.

Or, how about some appropriately-sized stickers to put on our Holgas?

I love film as much as the next guy, and I totally understand that there's a slightly defensive atmosphere regarding film vs digital, however.....

I think that maybe some of those slogans might be off-putting or perhaps a bit like a comeback against digital photographers, or a private in-joke that only photographers will understand (I'm an amateur and I don't know the names mentioned above).

In the spirit of suggesting another slogan or two that promotes without alienating, and also informs, how about:

APUG
Where film still lives (alternate: Where film still rules; shorter alt: Where film lives/rules)

APUG
Negatives and Slides and Prints, oh my!

APUG
Film users, unite!

(just a few suggestions, take 'em or leave 'em).
