so unless the owner of flic does something which adds something to nature of his rebranded Foma films then why not just say it's Foma films?

Perhaps Foma sells the film to be rebranded and doesn't want "Foma" on the packaging?

It used to be rebranded films would be sold for less to cost-conscious customers. Now, with a splash of marketing, rebranded films are frequently being sold for more.

In other markets, the re-brands have better availability, and local prices are lower.
Rebranding is a response to the realities of distribution, as much as anything.

just that there is another place where one can Buy those particular two films, loaded in the Plastic FLIC cassettes (and he also sells 100ft rolls) it is something one can add to your order from your local Flic deler when you also shop for the Chrome 100 (Ektachrome 100D 5294) and the repacked Kodak Aerial film, also the Eastman 5222 and all the vision colour stocks. they were selling their reloads of some of the ORWO 100 as well, but that may have dried up. (ORWO in their new form is very unpredictable)

Flic also has the chemicals that they blend from scratch, which may be VERY handy if Sino-Promise is really gone Gone Gone.

And unlike many of the folks repacking and rebranding film, almost all of the stock that Flic sells is idetified as well as can be expected in the world of Non disclosure agreements.
