Fujinon W 150mm F5.6 Lens caps??

Hi all, I just purchased a great Fujinon W 150mm F5.6 lens used from this forum! I'm going to buy the camera body and various accessories bit by bit over time. Does anyone know where I can purchase a front and rear lens cap for this particular lens and what size I would be looking for? Any hints on storage in general for large format lenses?

I got some original Fujinon caps from KEH. They are sized by the outside diameter of the barrel in millimeters.
