Here's an upload of the CP-32 instructions. I don't really have time right at this moment to search for a better upload site, so beware that that file will only be available for 30 days. Feel free to upload to a more permanent site and to share so that the file remains available to the community.

I picked up a CP-32 from a local college last year. Haven't had a chance to play with it yet, but hoping to finally have the time this summer!

If you ever think about selling that CP32 please let me know!

Here the manual of the CP31, which looks identical, so I assume it will be helpful, though it is intended for EP2:

thank you, i just got a cp32; beside i have another problem with the paper sensor keeping on orange; no matter if it is empty or taking in the paper. Should it turn green when empty? i know there are two sensors in the in-take module, cleaned the sensor and connection with contact cleaner, but no magic happens. Any suggest?
