On the B&H website they have their Fujifilm color paper listed as Fujicolor Chrystal Archive Type II and show photos of white boxes. On Adorama's site they show brown boxes and it is listed as Fujicolor Chrystal Archive Super Type II. Are they two different types offered by Fuji or has the Super replaced the regular CA II? What is the difference between the two?

Probably a typo. I've never heard of "Super II". Most likely it's Super C rather than the newer CAII.
