I have 5 rolls in 120, expired 09/2008. Kept in fridge since new. What can I expect from these now, lost highlights?

Mostly a bit of a color balance shift, which may or may not be severe. And in the worst case a marginal speed loss. It would likely be fine for playing with.

I have a Ukrainian friend who has used Tungsten film expired 25 years ago and produced very good and unexpected photos.
You must set ISO to 50

Ok, thanks! so a 1/3 stop overexposure that is. A friend will probably shoot a roll I give him.
