can one use FP4 4x5 sheet film, and cut it down to 2x3 to put inside the back of this camera? would like to try the tonality this sheet film offers.

Yes you can cut down any film you want. It might be less waste to actually cut down 5x7- you could get 4 sheets from one 5x7 in theory and FP4 is availabe in 5x7.

Why would FP4 in sheet form have different tonality than FP4 in a roll??
