I must say that some of the departments there did not know what they were doing. For example, the first person I spoke to in parts told me that they no longer had any parts for the GA645zi, which I found bizarre since this camera was available new until just a year or so ago. Eventually I got through to a fellow named Bob in repair who set all of this right. By the way, Bob's extension is 3239.

AFAIK, it is the Fuji folders for which parts and service are no longer available from Fuji. I've never heard of anyone having an issue getting service on the later cameras.
