Not where I live. Today the actual temperature (in the shade) was 102 degrees F. Only one degree from the all-time high for this date of 103F. For a long time, I have considered September as another month of Summer where I live. The folks over in Texas are "enjoying" similar temperatures. What you folks consider as Fall weather will arrive here in very late September or early October. Most of the trees change color here in November. Down on the Gulf of Mexico they are "sweating-out" two more months of Hurricane Season. Also it is the beginnings of Spring for some of our friends in South America and all of our friends in Australia and New Zealand. My friend in Bolivia tells me "yes, Global Warming is visible in the Andes no matter who doesn't believe that it exists...........Regards!
More of the same! Today is Friday the 13th, almost halfway through September and the temperature was 102 degrees F (again). The forecast for all of next week is 97 to 100 degrees F every day. Even a "weak" hurricane would be welcome right now, and I AM careful what I wish for.......Regards (again)

No. So far as I can tell on the web, it hasn't shown up in the retail channel in Japan yet.

The Fuji ACROS II press release said 2019年秋 (予定), which is to say, planned for Autumn 2019. Patience...

If it's here by next autumn, it will be still quite on time for a film.

Also many people claim what they like about film is that it slows them down. So here you go...

Yes I always think it would be interesting to see a conversation between Buddy Ebsen as Jed Clampett sitting in a rocking chair and whittling a stick and intense Kirk Douglas dressed as Doc Holliday, discussing the announcement of Acros' arrival and perhaps the Ferrania status as well :D

Funny!

Remember: AFAIK this is still Japan only. We'll be relying on imports until Fuji decides to ship to EU, US and TROFTW.

Unless someone imports a pallet or container and possibly then distributes them to a chain of stores.

Given the furore on Photrio when Acros was discontinued, I'd have thought that its revival or is that re-incarnation would be intended for the world market and not just Japan or is it that Fuji's market research indicates that outside of Japan the demand doesn't justify worldwide distribution?

I would bet that way more people outside of Japan would shoot it. I can't believe that they would only market it inside of Japan.

To my knowledge, Fuji simply hasn't yet addressed the question of whether they'll distribute it elsewhere, and no statement has been made that they won't.
