Camera is in very good cosmetic condition, and fully functional mechanically. It has been film tested and works great.
Zeiss Ikonta 521/16 scale-focus medium-format folding camera, 1940's era.
Lens is a 75/4.5 Novar Anastigmat in a Pronto shutter. Glass is clean - no haze or dust, shutter speeds from 1/25 to 1/200, plus B. Lens is coated, shutter appears accurate and operates smoothly at all speeds. Aperture and focus are smooth. Focus scale is in meters. Film winding is smooth, double exposure prevention feature works and shutter button linkage works fine. Could maybe use a drop of lube on the linkage pivots.
Bellows is in good condition with no leaks or pinholes. Front opens and closes smoothly and locks into place securely. Struts are in perfect shape. Interior of the camera is clean. Viewfinder is clean.
Only cosmetic issues are minor paint loss on the black trim (some touch-up applied) a small dent in the trim at the bottom of the rear door and a tiny piece of leather covering missing on the bottom of the camera.
This camera has the outstanding Zeiss build quality from this era, but is very light and easy to operate.
Asking $65.00 total, which includes the cost of shipping via USPS Priority mail in the U.S.. Paypal payment preferred. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks for looking!
