The Zeiss Distagon T* 21mm f/2.8 ZE is what Lloyd Chambers (Diglloyd – a notoriously tough grader) calls “the best wide angle you can buy, built of metal and glass, built to last, a gorgeous thing that happens to make superlative images in every sense of the world. Truly it is the one wide angle lens every serious Nikon and Canon shooter should own. Lensrentals.com says “the sharpest resolution in a wide angle I’ve ever seen plus superb microcontrast and color”. Note that this is a manual focus lens.

Retails for $1843 everywhere (Zeiss controls the price). My copy is in Mint- condition and comes with caps, shade and case. My price: $1500 OBO.
