Hey all, for sale is a well cared for Wista 45DXII with a new set of Richard Ritter bellows that were installed in October of this year (2013). Camera is made of a beautiful rosewood.

I'll let the images of speak for themselves, but there is nothing wrong with this camera... unloading gear to finance an 8x10 purchase.

All aspects function as they should.

1200 USD, shipped in the US with insurance. I will ship to Canada and Europe but additional shipping charges will be added.

Dan

I couldn't possibly afford this but I've bookmarked your ad. just so I can look at the pretty pictures! That is one lovely piece of craftsmanship.

Best of luck with your sale. Someone is going to be very happy to own that.

I own a DXIII and have taken excellent care of it too. However, looking at your images with the recently replaced bellows this is one fine looking unit. It should sell fairly easily I would think. They're truly very nice field cameras. ....good luck with the sale.

I have owned the Zone VI version of this camera since I purchased it from Fred Picker. Mine still looks quite nice. But not this nice. Mine also continues to work perfectly after all these decades.

I used it to make (there was a url link here which no longer exists).

Good luck with this sale.

Oh! As much as it is a beautiful specimen, I think it is a bit over-priced coming onto the second-hand market, without a lens. The DXIII version has been seen in Australia on eBay for AUD$811 in mint condition, reflecting, I think, a lack of demand for large format equipment. The bellows job looks beautiful, as could be expected from professional work.
