The least expensive way to ship is by using a USPS Medium Flat Rate Box ($12.65); 4 sets (sometimes 5, depending on how thick the issues are) will fit in one box or pick-up in my office in New York City (Upper East Side Manhattan). Magazines do not qualify for Media Mail. Shipping from Zip Code 10021; feel free to calculate for shipment outside the USA.
