I have decided that the small volume of colour processing that I currently do is best outsourced so I'm parting with my Jonco Filmrunner film processor for C-41 and E6. Each step can be freely programmed unlike a Jobo so tweaks and preferences are easy to sort out so it could of course do B+W too.
It is a relatively small unit and the best thing is that it is totally independent of plumbing, needing only a 240v mains electric supply. Wash water is taken from the tempered water bath thus making it simpler to use compared to a Jobo ATL. It is best compared to the Durst Filmetta in this way but easier to maintain with more or less off the shelf components used (I replaced some tubing and a valve relatively easily).
It uses standard Paterson reels (not included) so can handle 35mm and 120 and I believe that there was a 5x4 option too (maybe MOD 54 would work?).
It has been used quite a bit and shows a few signs of age but it all works with the exception of having to manually check the temperature of the first chemical bath and press start - the sensor would usually start the process automatically once the set temperature is reached but it requires this extra step for some reason.
The unit is currently in storage in London having not been used since Xmas. I'm posting a link to a video of another identical Jonco unit in action so you can get the idea with photos of the actual unit to follow to any interested parties.
Asking £350 GBP. Will prioritise a local sale with viewing and collection ideally, but let me know if you are interested.
