For sale in UK or (possibly) EU, the two "classic" technical books by Ansel Adams in "The New Ansel Adams Photography Series" , in hard covers, published by Little, Brown for the New York Graphic Society.
"The Print" (1983 edition, 6th printing 1987, ISBN 0821215264), and "The Negative" (1981 edition, 8th printing 1986, ISBN 0821211315)
Condition of both really superb, with only the smallest amount of foxing on the topmost edge of each book (see photos). The dust jackets are clean, tight, un-torn and barely rubbed, and there are no signatures, highlighting or any other marks inside. I'd guess they are completely unread and have been sitting on the previous owner's shelf since purchase.
Prices:
If paying by PayPal, £17.50 each delivered in mainland UK.
If paying by instant bank transfer or personal cheque drawn on a UK bank, £16.00 each delivered in mainland UK
UK Highlands and Islands: Check with me for prices, due to increased delivery costs.
Even if you buy both books, I will ship them to you separately, because so far as I can tell, sending them together would cost 3 times as much. (The privatisation of the Royal Mail is producing such great value for consumers isn't it?)
"The Negative" weighs about 1.2Kg and "The Print" a little over 1Kg. In addition, "The Negative" is a bit over 22mm thick.
Why do I mention this? Because it is likely to make shipping outside the UK absurdly expensive.
EU: PayPal only, and the delivered price for a single book to your door is likely to be in the region of £30
I would prefer to sell to a UK APUG user, but I reserve the right to refuse an offer to buy from a user with no significant posting history here.
I am also offering these for sale at LFPF.
