Thomas Safelight with all new filters & a new bulb. It's had probably 15-20 hours of use since I replaced the bulb and filters less than a year ago.

It's in great working condition and deserves to be used.

Asking $175 plus shipping.

It's a great light.

I should provide some background on this unit .... I purchased it from the City of Dearborn, MI where it had been installed as the safelight for their city photographer.
Our own APUG photographer Bill Schwab ordered it for the city when he worked there, and it had been in place running smoothly ever since!

When I received it I installed new filters and a new bulb.

I would love to have that just for the story attached to it. I have a good friend who grew up in Dearborn, and we drove back there a few years ago and I fell in love with the place. But I really do not need the safelight. One more thing I would run into.

Thats quite a deal. If the shipping to Virginia is only $30.00 or less I'm tempted to have a go at it. I'll send a PM. The Thomas Safelight company was a small family run business here in Charlottesville, so it could be a real home coming for it. I've been putting together darkrooms for various art centers and co-ops around here and this would have a good home.

How well do these work with the color filter for RA4?

I have a Duka 50 but when the tube goes it becomes a paper weight.
