This is a 120 roll film adapter that I last used on a 3.25 X 4.25 Super D Graflex. Can produce 2 X 3 and 2.25 square images (2 X 3 without the mask) Included is the adapter, film holder insert, 2.25 square mask, instruction sheet, and the original box. The adapter has some scuffing and a small dent that does not affect it. Also included is one slotted 3.25 X 4.25 film holder for the Graflex which has some outdated sheet film still in it.
