Overall good condition Stereo Realist here.
Shutter sounds on time but is untested with film. Focus is smooth and RF matches distance given to reasonable accuracy. Lenses look clean and clear but the whole thing could likely use a CLA if you were going to shoot it a lot. There is some oil deposited on the inside of the viewfinder window. Still usable but it's there.
