I'm selling two enlargers for a friend:

a) Agfa Varioscop 60, autofocus (up to 6x9cm) with two lenses:
- Color Magnolar 105/4.5
- Color Magnolar 60/4.5
- Novex R mechanical timer

$200 or best offer.

b) Omega D5500 4x5", with closed-loop colour controls bypassed. It's now just a diffusion head and has been used with Multigrade filters; there doesn't seem to be a controller with it but he'll have another look for it.
- with Beseler Color Pro 135/5.6

c) 16x20" 2-blade Fujimoto Lucky easel, $offers
d) 11x14" 4-blade Saunders easel, $offers

dammit, stop tempting me (although as soon as I get a 4x5 enlarger I'll just want a 5x7 for 617s and/or an 8x10 because contact-prints aren't big enough).

Hah, just bought a Varioscop 60, paid $280.00, but it is a really good enlarger...mine has an ancient Agfa colour head. Works beautifully, poor man's 11C and very similar...hmmm...maybe the same?

I can't either, the Varioscop is a wonderful thing for MF, and I haven't used the Omega...but a 5x4 enlarger for 500 bucks...where were you a couple of years ago?

Does the varioscop come with a B&W head?

Yep. I believe it's a condenser head with a filter drawer. Has a glass neg holder that does (I think) 6x9. Autofocus too.

OK, I'm going to hate myself for this....but

Can you tell me the foot to column height of the D5500?

Also, I'm assuming that with the head controls bypassed, there is no manual adjustment of the filters? I am also assuming that there is no filter drawer?

EDIT Just found out how high this thing is - Its not going to fit where I use it unfortunately. According to the info I have seen, its 52 inches - a full foot longer then my LPL. Bugga - Sorry William, I'm going to have to pass

1.3m? Seems taller than I remember it being. I'll ask him to go measure the height and get back to you if it's under 1m.

Edit: yup. 1320 high, baseboard 550x630 WxD.

PS I also have a second 2-blade 16x20" easel of my own to sell. LPL brand I think (could be wrong and will check); one blade is bent-up slightly but it still prints perfectly. Sale due to gift of a 20x24" 4-blade easel!
