Wollensak Velostigmat Ser. II 9.5 inch f4.5 with Soft Focus Adjustment Dial
includes original cap and Graflex C board (for RB series 4x5 cameras).

Lens is in pretty good shape with smooth aperture with many blades, f4.5 to f45.

Glass is clear, scratch on rear element (see last pic).

Soft focus adjustment adjusts from 0 to 5. Movement is a bit stiff.
