What a magnificent and brilliant camera. I remember admiring the SL66 when it was fairly new. I was in high school, and as I recall, a SL66 with 80mm lens was around $1000 in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1968 or 1969. Obviously beyond my budget . I give Rollei credit for keeping this camera and its metered successors in production for years (decades). I wish I had bought one of the TLR models back then, but they were expensive, too.

A couple of photos taken with the SL66 on the Southern California coastline.
This 80mm Plnar lens renders color beautifully.
On these two shots I used front tilt to get the foreground in focus.

Beautiful camera. I've got one - wish I had your 80mm instead of the studio/flash synch version I have; works fine but I just like the smaller version you have.

Great price, fantastic camera. The built-in bellows and tilt are genius.

I recently purchased an SL66. At the moment it is with Harry Fleenor, I should get it back sometime mid November. Good luck with the sale.

I traded in my Mamiya C330 with three lenses and every accessory for it in the known world to buy either a Hasselblad or Rollei SL66, and bought the Hasselblad because Samys did not have the Rollei. If I did not have the Hasselblad I would have already bought yours. Yet another unsolicited bump.
