RIMOWA Ultra Light Camera Case - Weighs 3.75 pounds
German brand, exceptional quality, rigid plastic inner body with weather seal rubber gasket on lid, multiple exterior pockets. These were ridiculously expensive when new, and are no longer made.
This was an impulse buy that I thought would work perfectly for my 4x5 wood field camera - but the camera does not fit by .5 inch in height.
Interior is 7.5" high, 11.75" wide, and 6" front to back.
The plastic shell is grooved for dividers, which I do not have but could be easily made. The slots are about 3/16" wide. I do have a few of the plastic ridges for subdividing inserts. They are in the first photograph.
Lid has two locking latches, I do not have the keys. It also has an interior mesh pocket with a zipper with a padded flap for protection.
Exterior is made of nylon fabric and is in very, very good, clean condition. There are 4 exterior pockets, the front two are attached to a zipper flap that exposes another mesh pocket. Bottom has 4 rubber feet to keep the fabric "off the ground" - all the zippers are working.
Includes a pair of straps intended to attach a tripod, a shoulder strap, and a short handle strap.
