Made by zero image. Sale includes the adapter and zone plate only. Apparently these are no longer available. I've used it once. More info here under accessories.

In case it's not obvious, the adapter comes apart and your pinhole of choice goes in a recess that holds it in place. Any plate will fit if trimmed the proper size.
