What's the Salgado book, and will you ship outside the US.

Oh, I must've forgotten to list the Salgado book.

It's the An uncertain grace book hardcover version (out of print). I would like to sell it at $65. It's not brand new but kept very well with minimum sign of use. The dust jacket has been protected by mylar plastic book cover.

I ship outside the US, but you need to pay for the actual cost of shipping.
