In good to very good condition. Not film tested but shutter speeds sound right and meter responds appropriately to light.

(I used a SR41 battery to test the meter. While 1.55v vs the original 1.35v battery, the Spotmatic has a bridge circuit so different voltage not an issue. That battery should have an oring to keep it centered, which I don't have.)
