Yes, it is rare, but not unheard of.
I have the original fitted cases for the Pentax 67 eyepiece magnifier, Pentax 67 right-angle viewing finder, the SMC Pentax 67 75mm f2.8AL and 90mm f2.8 and the SMC Pentax 67 45mm f4.

Dioptric correction lenses are particularly scarce for the P67 system; many people get their optometrist to make one especially for the task.

I am surprised all this being offered here hasn't been entirely sold yet! It's a superb kit to springboard into MF.
