this is a like new reduction holder, that will allow your 5x7 camera
to use 4x5 film holders.

not sure if it is still made, or if anyone makes anything similar...
you slide the "plate" in the back of the camera to compose and focus
then remove it and slide in the holder and expose your film.

why buy one of these instead of a reducing back ?
some cameras do not have a 5x7 back/ground glass that can be removed
so this fits the 5x7 back ( it is the same size as a 5x7 film holder ).

it is small, and well made.
the plate is a little scuffed from storage.

i bought it thinking it would use it alot seeing i have a long lenses
and some vintage lenses and my 4x5 bellows isn't long enough to use them.

i bought it and used it maybe 2 times.

included:

instructions, reduction holder and plate

price: $300 (ish) + shipping
or if you have something in that value range,
7x11 FILM or a UV exposure unit
i might be interested in a trade

RETURN POLICY

if this holder does not work as it is supposed to
i will return the total amount paid in exchange for the holder
