I have for sale or trade what is apparently a used Cambo LM-42 16.5" (42cm) extension rail that fits the Cambo/Calumet Legend, Master, Ultima, and SF camera lines. (It doesn't fit the SC or SCX models.) It is very heavy-duty and well-made with some very minor cosmetic flaws (a few small scratches and some patina to the anodized surface) that won't affect its function at all. Centimeter scales are intact and present on both sides. Here are some images from the Cambo site:
