Excuse my ignorance but while the PC-E has a chip - does the non PCE also? Whatever - this is a good price

Yes, this is the non-PCE lens, it's just PC. It has the electronic contacts as part of the lens mount that transmit thej aperture information to the camera. But it still has to be stopped down manually by pressing the big plunger on the box-like part of the lens. It IS a good price, for a good lens!

Man O man, I wish I would of not bought the 50 1.2L 2 days ago. I would have dough for this. If no one gets it before I get my tax return (2 weeks), I will buy it. I have a d70 and I could use a Nikon to EOS adapter and still get infinity focus right? I want a Tilt Shift so bad. GLWS but my heart hopes I get it. What a cool lens. Any pics of the front element and thru the glass aperture wide open?
