I'm selling a Nikon D700 body. It's in great shape overall with signs of normal use. The shutter has just over 50k on it, which is low for this camera. I know it's working like a champ because I just shot 2 family sessions with it. This sensor is as amazing as ever. Great out of the camera color that it took Nikon a long to to come back to.

I'd like $450 shipped USA. Paypal only.

I have a D700, and I will never sell it. You will not find another camera this good for this price. It is really, really great.

interesting; I preferred the skin color of the D200 and now of the D800,but ,that's a mater of taste and adjustable.

The D700 - Ahhhhh! Get one while you can. I bought one about 3 years ago with less than 1000 actuations. It now has something over 5000. That is because I don't fire of dozens of frames at a time in the hope one is worth it. Plus what build quality! I also have a D600 and to be honest, I am not sure twice the pixel number is really worth it. I can easily print an A3 sheet even with a section of the image from the D700 The D600 is perhaps only better than the D700 because it has a 'improved' processor (whatever that means).

some prefer t5he D600 over the D800 even.24MP are plenty;36Mp may be too many.

The D700 is nearly 11 years old and still remains one of Nikon's most respected and still sought-after digital cameras. I continue to read stories from people who regret selling their D700.

I've used mine for motorsports photography with great results.

Anyway, good luck with the sale.

Twelve megapixels is plenty except for those who mostly enjoy cropping.

If you want 50mp then you better also budget a few thousand dollars for a top-of-the line computer...

What I do like about the D600 is the lack of weight, it is considerably lighter than the D700.

Sold! Very much enjoying the D700 love. Have you seen the prices of the D3 lately? Wild.

I will probably move to the D850 as soon as I can. From what I've read they finally nailed it again.
