I have made 4 Vacuum contact printing frames. They are made of hard maple. They are all identical in size with an image area of roughly 13x17 inches. The overal dimensions minus the handle is roughly 17 1/2 X 21 1/2 inches. The flexible membrane is fairly robust (think Jeep soft top windows) and allows for tight contact with the glass while also allowing for the use of indexing pins if you want to do multi exposure alt process work like gum bichromate or gum over platinum/palladium etc.
I only have one new Vacuum pump on hand and 4 frames available now. If you have a pump already then you're set or I can order a pump for you, it takes a week or so to get. The pump does not have an oil mist exhaust filter. You can buy one or diy one. New ones are around $50. Or you could attach a hose to the exhaust and run it outside a window. Without a filter it emits a very fine oil aerosol which you probably don't want in the darkroom.
I would like $350 for the ready to use (minus oil mist exhaust filter) frame with pump and hose.
I would like $275 for the frame alone if you have a pump or want to source one yourself.
If you would like one of a different size let me know, it shouldn't be a problem. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Photos below show an 8x10 negative for scale and an 11x14 neg with a mat board backing while Vacuum is on. If you need more photos let me know.
