I have for sale the complete 3 volume set of these books in hard cover.
These were purchased from a store that was clearing the stock of another store. They are in close to pristine condition - I expect that I am the only person who has even leafed through them. They are from the 1991 eleventh printing of the series.
I attach pdf scans or jpegs of the three slip covers, plus the "edition" page of one of the volumes.
The scans add a slight "cyan" tinge to the grey-green slip covers.
They still bear the original price tags - $42.00, $42.00 and $40.00.
I would like $20.00 a book or, if you buy all three, $54.00. If necessary, I will consider offers.

Payment: PayPal only please - I will absorb the cost. I’ll also pay 3% to APUG
Shipping: I will ship via Canada Post from V4K 2Z9, but must insist on a track-able shipping mode. I will gladly ship internationally, but will only put accurate values and description on the customs forms.
All items sold AS-IS. FWIW, I have 100% positive feedback on ebay as mlkingeb (so far, buying only).
